Shamlan Equestrian Stables Terms and Conditions
First: Public Safety
1. Riding a horse without wearing an approved riding helmet is prohibited.
2. Appropriate riding clothing and footwear must be worn.
3. Open-toed shoes or high heels are prohibited inside the stable.
4. Running or agitating the horse inside the stable is prohibited.
5. Approaching or touching a horse without the permission of the trainer or person in charge is prohibited.
Second: Liability
6. Equestrian sports involve inherent risks that may lead to falls or injuries.
7. The rider acknowledges that they participate in the activity at their own risk.
8. Shamlan Equestrian Stables is not liable for injuries resulting from the inherent risks of equestrian sports, unless caused by gross negligence on the part of the stable.
9. The rider is fully responsible for any injury resulting from their violation of safety instructions.
10. The guardian is fully responsible for minors.
Third: Instructions
11. All instructions from trainers and staff must be followed. 12. The stable reserves the right to suspend any rider who fails to comply with the regulations.
13. Changing horses without management approval is prohibited.
14. Removing any horse from the stable without authorization is prohibited.
Fourth: Health Condition
15. The rider declares that they are medically fit to ride.
16. Any illnesses, injuries, or health conditions that may affect safety must be disclosed.
17. The stable reserves the right to deny entry to any person deemed incapable of riding safely.
Fifth: Children
18. Children under the age specified by management must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
19. Children are not permitted to roam freely within the stable premises without supervision.
Sixth: Property
20. The stable is not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
21. Visitors are responsible for the cost of any damage they cause to stable facilities, horses, or equipment as a result of misuse.
Seventh: Handling Horses
22. Feeding horses without permission is prohibited. 23. Shouting, using fireworks, or any behavior that may frighten the horses is prohibited.
24. Filming in a way that endangers the safety of people or horses is prohibited.
Eighth: Emergencies
25. In the event of an injury, the stable has the right to contact emergency services and take the necessary measures.
26. The rider or their guardian is responsible for any medical expenses.
Ninth: Cancellation
27. The stable has the right to cancel or postpone any session due to weather conditions or to ensure everyone's safety.
28. The stable has the right to refuse service to anyone who violates the regulations.
Tenth: General Provisions
29. Entering the stable or using its facilities constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
30. The stable management has the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and amendments will become effective immediately upon publication.
